THE BUSINESS IDEA The business idea of Extensively British restaurant and cookery school comes from its ownerââ¬â¢s dream. It will be a 100 seat restaurant with a 20 seat lounge, and 2 rooms for instruction with a capacity for 30 students yearly. Its specialization is British cuisine with an Italian touch.
